Our approach is a structured process breaking down the Commissioning from Design through to handover and post occupancy. We can provide fully transparent reporting whilst managing the building services and smart systems in today’s projects to ensure that the building performance is compliant with the Employers requirements, as well as CIBSE Codes, BSRIA Guidelines and Part L Building Regulation.
Our objective is to get involved in the design period as early as possible and in collaboration with the design and construction teams, we bring solutions to commissioning challenges as they arise and provide expertise in the design process focusing on commissionability, compliance, maintenance and energy consumption
